Regular exercise is healthy and important to prevent cardiovascular diseases such as heart attacks or strokes.
The guidelines of the European Society of Cardiology recommend lifelong physical activity of at least 150 minutes per week (moderate activity) or 75 minutes per week (vigorous activity). Whether you prefer endurance training (jogging, rollerblading, cycling, swimming, Nordic walking, etc.) or strength training is not as important.
Exercise not only improves the cardiovascular system and metabolism, it also reduces stress and has a positive effect on mood. We will be happy to advise you on meaningful training in the co-ordination. So, keep moving!
